Customer Item Policy
At JMbroidery, I take great care in handling all items entrusted to me for embroidery. However, please note that when you provide your own items for embroidery, you do so at your own risk.
While I use professional equipment and take every precaution to ensure quality results, embroidery machines can occasionally malfunction or behave unpredictably. Because of this, I cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to customer-provided items during the embroidery process.
If a customer item is damaged, I will not be able to replace or reimburse the cost of the item. By submitting your own item, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
For this reason, I only accept a limited number of customer-provided items each month, and all items must be approved prior to drop-off.
If you prefer guaranteed replacement in the event of a machine error, I recommend purchasing one of the high-quality blanks I stock in-house.
