Refund policy

All items are custom-made and often personalized, which means each order is created just for you. For that reason, cancellations and refunds are limited.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, materials may have been ordered or your item may already be in production, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

To request a cancellation within the allowed window, please email jmbroidery64@gmail.com with your order number and details.

 

Refunds

Because all items are made-to-order, refunds are not offered on custom or personalized items once production has begun.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and I’ll be happy to review the issue. Claims made after 3 days will not be eligible for replacement or credit.

I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping — in those cases, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

All sales on personalized and made-to-order products are final.
